Boxing up a few BoC Donation Beads

Excited to deliver these in person to the Beads of Courage headquarters in Tucson.  Some haven't been photographed before today, others have been featured in bead magazines.  Hoping they bring smiles to some awesome kiddos!

Beads of Courage Teams Up!

The Beads of Courage Program at Children's of Alabama is Proudly Sponsored by The Austin Shepherd Foundation.  Game Day tomorrow with the Vikings vs. Chiefs.  Anyone want to guess who I'm rooting for?  #MNgirl #austinshepherd #jennakingshepherd #carryabead #beadsofcourage

1 Day until the National Bead Challenge Day!

"Alright, which one of you flatfoots stole my lollipop."  These silly guys are headed to Beads of Courage.  Hoping they bring a smile to some special kids.

Ladies Man

Remember Salty the Snail???  Well apparently he is quite the ladies man snail.  His brood has taken over my flower garden.  Sadly, the vegetation cannot support his growing family.

I know what you're thinking... and table salt is out of the question!

Thanks to Beads of Courage program, the adorable baby snails will be heading to Tucson.
No worries, I will put air holes in the shipping container.

2015 Bead Artist Hall of Fame

It was an honor to be inducted into the Beads of Courage Glass Bead Artist Hall of Fame.  Jean, Robert and all of the dedicated staff at Beads of Courage make a difference daily in the lives of countless children courageously fighting childhood illnesses.

Earth Culture

The aliens have had a big day of learning about Earth culture. Before having a bath to get them ready for their trip to Beads of Courage headquarters, they have mastered technology,

Learned about the 2 major food groups (chocolate and skittles),

and made new friends...

I am now confident they will make good companions to some lucky kiddos!

Raising Arizona Magazine

The December Issue of Raising Arizona Magazine spotlighting Beads of Courage just arrived. So thankful for Jean Gribbon Baruch and her giving works vision. The photography by Daniel Friedman is outstanding. The article, written by Vicki Louk Balint, brought me to tears. Josh and his brother Brendan are real heroes!
