Belly Slide

Waddle, waddle, belly slide.

Across the ice the penguins glide.
Wiggle the tail and flap the wing.
March to find what Mommy brings:
Fish for breakfast, fish for brunch,
Want to guess what is for lunch?
Time for a nap on Daddy’s feet,
Cozy, warm, so soft and sweet.

On June 13, 2014, the Smithsonian.com featured a breathtaking photograph by the talented Max Seigal.  The artistry and emotion in Max's photograph was the inspiration for Lone King.
